About Founder/CEO Attorney Natalia S. Harris

Natalia S. Harris is a licensed attorney with over 25 years of experience in the public sector. She led 3 different government law offices over the last 10 years as the City Prosecutor for one of the three largest cities in Ohio, the City Prosecutor of one of the fastest growing cities in Ohio during the COVID pandemic and, most recently, as the City Attorney for one of the fastest growing cities in Ohio. In each role, she successfully restructured, updated, and transitioned processes and workflows to produce more efficient office operations and increased staff productivity - all while carrying a full trial docket, providing legal counsel, or engaging in other administrator responsibilities!

Outside of the office, Natalia volunteers as a mentor to new attorneys and students interested in the legal profession and as a board member for both public and private organizations.
